The concept is simple: from the farm to your table. Harvest Room restaurant staff is a small team with a big idea. They specialize in familiar dishes made fresh with local or organically raised ingredients purchased from area farmers when possible. Harvest Room only serves antibiotic/hormone free, pasture raised meats, cage free eggs, homemade sausages, hand crafted teas, non genetically modified organism (GMO) canola oil, and organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Your group will taste the goodness of Harvest Room, in their very own private room! Enjoy!
After breakfast stop at Lotton Art Glass Gallery in Crete. The studios of Charles Lotton, began in 1970 with prayers and dreams when Charles began in his backyard, teaching himself the art of glassblowing. Today you can find Charles experimenting with some of the most breathtaking colors in the world. Watch the unique process as Charles, or one of his team, works on a piece of art starting with sand. In fact, Lotton Art Glass is one of the very few studios in the world to start with sand. Today Charles' works grace hundreds of museum collections.
