Restore Illinois: Phase 4 (Tier 1 Resurgence Mitigations)
The State of Illinois is currently in Phase 4, Tier 1 Resurgence Mitigations of Governor JB Pritzker's Restore Illinois plan. Under this modified plan, bars are restaurants must close by 11:00 PM. Restaurants can now offer indoor services limited to the lesser of 25 guests or 25% capacity per room. Retail establishments and fitness centers can now operate under Phase 4 guidelines.
