Nature is a place where anyone can find peace. Engaging all five senses with our surroundings can help us to feel connected to our space, reduce stress and improve mental health. Join this Forest Preserve District of Will County program to discover what parts of nature help us feel relaxed and centered and the why behind the science. At the end of our program, we will enjoy our homemade spa treatments and see who is brave enough to put their bare feet in the grass and mud!
