Historic Preservationists Erica Ruggiero and London Hainsworth, through stories, historical documents and photographs, present the history of the Lincoln Highway, once known as the “Main Street of America.”  Recognizing that Illinois was the first state to complete a segment of America’s first transcontinental route, Erica and London will highlight Illinois communities, including Frankfort, along the highway.
