Finals, prom, applying for college, work, homework and chores can really add to your daily stress. Managing your stress in healthy ways can help improve brain development, sleep and anxiety. Take a break from studying and work to enjoy some quality time with our resident animals, make your own scented lotion or take some time to touch grass. Drop in any time from 1 to 3 p.m. and stay as long as you’d like. Ages 13-18. Participants younger than 18 must have an adult on site.
