VISIT CHICAGO SOUTHLAND WELCOMES NEW MEETINGS MARKETING MANAGER JEN ZILTZ

Visit Chicago Southland (previously named Chicago Southland Convention and Visitors Bureau) welcomed new Meetings Marketing Manager Jen Ziltz in June.

“We are really excited to have Jen as a part of our team at Visit Chicago Southland, said Visit Chicago Southland President/CEO Jim Garrett. “Her hospitality sales and marketing experience makes her a fantastic asset to our sales team.”

Ziltz, a Chicago Southland resident, has twenty years of sales and marketing experience in hotels, private country clubs and the healthcare industry.

“I am very excited to be joining Visit Chicago Southland. This will be an opportunity for me to re-connect and contribute my experience in the hospitality industry while at the same time learning and growing within the organization,” said Ziltz.  “I look forward to showcasing the Chicago Southland and all it has to offer to companies, government groups, associations and non-profit organizations who are looking to travel to the area.”

Ziltz’s responsibilities as Meetings Marketing Manager will be to increase occupancy at Chicago Southland hotels by enhancing the region as a destination for group business and visitors by generating leads with professional meeting planners and exhibit show associations.
