Visit Chicago Southland welcomes new Meetings Market Manager Vincent Belcaster.
“We are very excited for Vincent joining our team, said Visit Chicago Southland President & CEO Mary Patchin. “His hospitality sales experience makes him a crucial addition to our sales team and resource for our Chicago Southland partners.”
Belcaster, a Chicago native, returns to his roots after seven years in Nebraska where he managed sales for Hotel Deco and Four Points by Sheraton in Omaha before opening Hampton Inn’s first-ever hotel within a historical building, in Lincoln.
“I am very excited to be joining Visit Chicago Southland. This will be an opportunity for me connect with and serve its communities,” said Belcaster. “I look forward to showcasing the Chicago Southland to companies, government groups, associations and non-profit organizations who are looking to travel to the area.”
Belcaster’s responsibilities as Meetings Market Manager will be to increase occupancy at Chicago Southland hotels by enhancing the region as a destination for group business, social events, family reunions, and visitors by generating leads with professional meeting planners and exhibit show associations.
